Green!Eyes 是我於 2003 年所組成的樂隊，除了我以外，目前的成員有貝斯手許哲毓（Tizzy Bac/Frandé）、鼓手阿鼓（Magic Power），以及兩位弦樂手小提琴張李怡君和大提琴周頌玥。Green!Eyes 成立至今已近十年，從我高三開始的年輕歲月都與這個樂團一起度過。Rooftop 的建立一開始是為了成為 Green!Eyes 練習和錄音的基地，沒想到如今變成許多樂團的錄音空間，實在始料未及。團員在這十年來也經歷了創始鼓手小趴（2003 - 2006）、包子虎的林佑青（2007 - 2008）、森林合唱樂團的羅尊龍（2009 - 2011）。Green!Eyes 的音樂大部分都是用 Jam/improvise 的方式做成，因此每個時期不同的鼓手都帶給樂團截然不同的風貌。Green!Eyes如今已經很少有現場演出的活動，但仍然常在 Rooftop 錄製並推出新的錄音作品。

張李怡君和周頌玥的加入其實是個美麗的意外，我與張李在製作 The Tic Tac 的時候結識，她是個優秀的古典音樂家，擅長多樣樂器，與她合作使我可以嘗試許多更複雜的樂曲結構和配器組合。因此在 2011 年籌組 Moonteg 時便邀請她加入。2012年夏天，當時 Green!Eyes 的一場演出阿鼓因檔期問題不克參加，我硬著頭皮詢問張李是否有可能再另覓一位弦樂手，與我和哲毓搭檔一場古典編曲的演出，張李便慷慨地介紹了同為 Suming 演唱會樂手的大提琴手頌玥，為了這場演出我們對過去的曲子重新作出了全新的編曲，結果讓我十分驚艷，這個組合將延伸成為一張完整專輯的製作，目前仍在進行當中。

Laced 是一首新歌，錄音前僅排練過一次，老實說我為自己這樣衝促決定感到後悔。 Green!Eyes 平時沒有什麼機會做 Live 演出，因此錄音的同時同時邀請了攝影團隊來拍攝現場影片，卻也增添了現場演出的壓力。十一個 Take 後總算得到可用的內容。因為我必須身兼錄音師與表演者而分身乏術的關係讓這曲的錄音品質較不理想，不過某種程度也算是記錄了這首曲子不假修飾的原始樣貌。
