Moonteg 一開始是我在工作之餘獨自一人的 side-project，創作的是一些拍子古怪，受黑人音樂 Dub/Soul 影響的曲子。大約在 2011年四月，我開始著手這些曲子的錄製，因此邀請了落日飛車/森林吉他、貝斯、主唱三棲的曾國宏，貝斯手陳弘禮、 鍵盤手王少軒及提琴手張李怡君和鼓手阿鼓合作了一張四首歌曲的 EP。不久因阿鼓行程忙碌，經由羅尊龍的推薦，鼓手的位置改由南瓜妮歌迷俱樂部的林宜壕入替。我們在 2012 年底限量發行了一張目前已絕版的專輯。至今仍默默的在活動中。

這首曲子在一個慌忙的午後，僅花了兩個小時用了三個 Take 完成，全程實況 Live。因為必須操作電腦，我被單獨隔離在玻璃門外的控制室演奏，每次這種時刻透過反光的玻璃看著團員們的演奏，總有些抽離而不真切的超現實感。在這曲的鼓組錄製上我使用了一個特殊的方法：將兩個不同的 Figur of 8 指向 Ribbon 麥克風指向地板放置在鼓組的兩旁，經過壓縮後形成了 Hyper-stereo 的 Room image，給予這個錄音一種特殊的臨場感。
